This clinic is for athletes wanting to take their game to the next level and was developed by Dan Fitzgerald, who was one of the region's winningest collegiate coaches. Players have the chance to develop new skills while perfecting the basics. This year's coaching staff will maintain Fitz's approach, which emphasizes implementing drills into real play while keeping a low player-to-coach ratio for individual attention.

About Dan Fitzgerald

Dan Fitzgerald, a friend to all of us, and the founder of our AAU clinics 13 years ago, passed away on January 19, 2010. His positive impact on our community is significant. We miss you Fitz.

Fitz was the former Head Coach of the Gonzaga University Bulldogs and had long been considered one of the region's premier teachers of basketball. He was one of the winningest coaches in Gonzaga history and was the first coach to take the Zags to the NCAA Division 1 tournament.
